Before your appointment

• Once you book your appointment it will be in que for approval.

• Once Approved you will receive a confirmation email or text message letting you know your appointment is accepted.

• 72 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a text message and or email asking you to confirm your appointment. Please do so at that time.

• Once you arrive Vagaro (my booking system) will allow you to check in. If you do not have the app downloaded, you will not get this notification.

Prior to starting your service

• At the start of your appointment, I will send a notification through Vagaro letting you know that I am ready for you to head back to my suite. If you do not receive one, please feel free to enjoy the complimentary refreshments in the lobby. There are three seating areas. The seating area closest to my suite is located down the hallway all the way to the back. I will come to the lounge area to bring back to the suite at the start of your scheduled time of service.
